Getting to Know Kesai!

I could write a ten page paper in an hour about a random topic but ask me to write about myself and I am just sitting here staring at the computer. Seriously its been almost 20 minutes. If I don't finish this, Lisa will email me and, if you have worked with me before, you know I hate "to do" emails in my inbox.

So if anyone has spoken with me for more than a few minutes or been in a closing you know that I am definitely born and raised in NC or somewhere where everyone talks with even more of an accent. I actually grew up in Eastover outside of Fayetteville, NC. It's a very small town where we just got our first stop light about 5 years ago. It was big news! Coming from such a small town I decided to go to the Univ of Miami in Florida for law school to get as far away as possible. I highly recommend Miami for your next vacation but probably not to live there so I came back to NC after law school.

I started working for some firms in the area and decided to go out on my own in August of 2010. It was one the most thrilling and terrifying ideas I have ever had but it has been amazing and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The support I've had from clients that encouraged me to start the firm and the support from agents since has been incredible. Getting to work around agents that I consider friends and their buyers makes for a great day. Love you guys!!

Enough of work. Most of you also know that my husband and I are currently expecting our first child but you might not know IT'S A GIRL!! We just found out last week and are over the moon excited. Its going to be a very interesting time as I figure out work and motherhood so if you find yourself somehow holding a newborn while I'm in a closing at one of the offices...just go with it. As Jill Booth reminded me recently while she was scheduling a closing, it will probably only be 20 minutes or so!

I love closings and working with buyers but I also want to be a resource for you. Feel free to call or email with any questions you have about any file, even something I am not closing. I look forward to working with you all and please let me know if you need anything.
