Yep, You're Getting ALL That!

Seriously, I get ALL that?

I recently had the privilege of accompanying one of our agents on a listing presentation. After a thorough analysis of the home and market, the seller was given a suggested range for pricing. Clearly, he was in deep thought and wanted to make sure to price his home appropriately.

The agent eased the seller's mind when she offered additional time to think through the pricing, while she shared the benefits of listing with Go Realty. As the agent was going through all the ways she would market their home, she logged on to one of her current property websites and showed the seller an example of the "standard" bells and whistles.

I will never forget what the seller said next ..... he looked at the agent and said, "With your marketing, I think my price could be at least $2,000 higher than I originally thought!" To say he was blown away by our marketing would be a complete understatement. 

I will be the first to admit, after years of preparing market analysis for clients and knowing that my marketing was nothing more than "the expected", it was so exciting to see a seller's enthusiasm and excitement about a company who goes the extra mile for their clients.
