Thank You for Your Patience

One of the joys of working with a new company is that things don't always work. Some people consider that to be a problem; some people don't.  I like to think at Go we fall into the second category.

When everything is working well, smoothly and efficiently - usually that's a sign of great management and low risk.  When things are loose, bumpy, and being done differently - that can be a sign of leadership and high risk.

We have lots of things at Go that are not working right now, and I am proud of that.  Our contract software wasn't doing the job; we blew that up. Now we all are learning a new resource.  We have so many new listing and pending contracts that the staff can't keep up. Somebody left our Durham facility in the dryer too long, and now every one calls it Go Tiny.  Some of our stuff doesn't work, but the beautiful thing is we are all having fun making it better.

Several new agents joined us recently - we had a great design for their entry, but it wasn't working.  No one's fault, just didn't pass the reality test.  So we're going to blow that up, too. Red Carpet Treatment is something you will hear about in the coming weeks for our onboarding agents.  I can assure you it will be a unique experience.

We open Go Holly Springs in just a few days.  It will be an incredibly innovative office experience, have the best tools and technology, and most importantly, it will host the best real estate agents in SW Wake County.  And .... some stuff won't work.  That's okay, because that is often how we determine, discover, and invent the stuff that really does work.  Cool.  Thanks for your patience.
