Second Half Challenge

In our inaugural year of 2010 we set and reached a goal to make the sweet 16 among Cary real estate offices.  Our team members did just that, beating all the odds in one of the toughest market years ever.  So how are doing in 2011?

We are now operating as a multi-office company, so we need to restructure our approach.  Market share and sales volume are not the primary goals at Go Realty, but this is a competitive bunch. They like to be at the top.

Let's start with a quick review.  Half way through 2011 we have already exceeded our entire year's production for 2010.  We have 18 million in sales from the Go Cary team YTD.  Not bad.  By sales production we are 15th in the Cary Market; most of the companies in front of us have at least 10 years history on us, and several have been in this market for 20 years or more.  We are off to a good start but let's keep climbing.  We have the opportunity to move up at least three slots during the second half of this year, and start knocking on the Top 10 door.

Go Durham is just over 4 months old.  We don't even know what a standard for annual production is for this team yet.  In the Durham Market there are currently 12 offices with a sales volume of $10 million or more.  Let me state a belief and a challenge:  I think the Go Durham team can make that group in their first year.  13 Million in sales will put us in the top ten Durham companies.

We are having a great time and strong success so far in 2011.  God has blessed us, no doubt.  The energy and enthusiasm this team brings is like no other.  Let's keep taking great care of our clients, building on our core beliefs, and shaking up the entire Triangle real estate community.

Reach high.
