Stretch it Out!

Okay, Go 90x is PHYSICAL.  Making all those phone calls, pounding out some blog posts, and cranking through handwritten notes may keep you at your desk for a while.  Sore shoulders can result.  How about a little bit of desk yoga to keep you loose and in the flow?  Five minutes with this guy and you will be back to maximum flow.
