Culture Book 2011 - Gretchen Mathison

Fun.  Energetic.  Exciting.  Innovative.

Those are some of the first words that come to mind when I think of Go Realty.  From the first time I met Jim as my client - well before I started working with Go Realty - I KNEW this was a guy who did not think inside the box.  His excitement for the big adventure on which he was about to embark was palpable!

I've had a interesting perspective because not only have I photographed all of the Go agents, but I've also met lots of Go clients and photographed them, as well.  Their feedback is always the same:  They love Go Realty.  (Actually, we usually have a little joint lovefest about Jim, Kevin, and the whole gang.)

When you walk into the Go office, you know it is not traditional.  You're greeted with happy people.  Happy people AT WORK!  I love that the culture of Go is that work can be fun and productive at the same time.

These folks... well, I think they're onto something.  Happy employees who are encouraged to be creative lead to happy clients who love the whole experience.  I think that is pretty incredible.
