Culture Book 2011 - Nancy Fredette

I came to my first go show to help Robin achieve her ipad.

Sure, I thought doing Go90x was cool and getting an ipad at the end of the 30 days of intense prospecting was really neat . I also had heard from both Michelle and Robin how great Kevin and Jim were, but that is not why I wanted to be a part of the Go team.

The “thing” that hooked me was the energy and cool vibe that is present whenever the go team is around. The people who are Go have such engaging personalities and everyone is helpful, kind and a little zany. Okay, a lot zany. But I love that. The “big” agents at many offices don’t hang out with the new kids. They guard their hard won secrets to success with their lives. Never intending to pass them along. I feel that at Go we are helping each other. I know that I want success for every Go agent and I think they want the same for me.

I like the brain storming that happens. A lot of really great ideas are born that way. I like the coaching that we receive from Kevin. He is so talented. He knows just how hard to push us to maximize our potential. It seems like it is human nature to do what is expected of you. At Go they believe in all of us and expect greatness, so I think that is what we will all rise to.

I am thankful that I am where I am. I know this is going to be a wild ride, but I am ready for it. Thanks Jim and Kevin for all that you do to keep us on our toes. It is all worth it.
