"The Conversation"

by Zach Schabot...guest blogger

I have had the pleasure of talking to a few people about joining Go Realty and I have noticed a trend that I love...because it makes me believe we're talking to the right people.  One of the obstacles I faced, and many others will face as well, is a personal connection to a person at their current office.  There is an overwhelming sense of loyalty to a broker-in-charge, a sales manager, an office mate.  But not necessarily a company.  It is this connection that makes Go Realty special.

We believe that real estate is about more than just transactions, conversion rates, and self promotion.  As a matter of fact, it has very little to do with these things.  If we are truly doing our job, we are establishing real connections with PEOPLE that will help strengthen our community.

One of the most gut wrenching feelings about making a change is the anticapation of "the conversation."  The point when you have decided to take a leap of faith and now you need to tell that special person.  If it is an emotional decision.  If it keeps you up at night, if you have a feeling you are being disloyal...then we want you.  You are a loyal person who cares about friendship, and you cherish those who have helped you succeed.

And once you arrive, we won't let you down.
